We were referred to Mike internally within our firm in relation to discussing options for utility supply at a Hotel in South Manchester. The main problem that we faced at the beginning of the Administration was securing electricity supply for the site without having to provide an Administrators' PG. This was exacerbated by the significant sums owed pre-Administration. We engaged Mike and provided him with any information that he requested. He assured us that he would be in contact with our current electricity supplier and also would survey the market. Around 2-3 days later Mike informed us that not only had he managed to secure a new electricity supply that wouldn't require a PG, the rates were also better than our current supply The ability to trust that the utility supplies is being dealt with is an invaluable asset and that is what Mike and his colleagues provide.
